These terms govern your use of this independent information portal about Rakoo. By continuing to browse, you agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. To return to the main site, select Rakoo.
Scope of these portal terms
These conditions apply to readers, visitors and anyone who submits an enquiry through the portal. They cover the editorial information published here and do not form player terms for Rakoo.
Rakoo is operated by FairGame G.P. N.V., which holds a Curaçao gaming licence. Any account opened with the operator is governed by the rules presented by Rakoo, not by this informational site.
Your relationship with Rakoo and the operator
This portal publishes information and marketing material about Rakoo. It does not operate a gambling service, accept bets, manage player balances or control deposits, withdrawals or bonus credits.
FairGame G.P. N.V. runs the products covered here. If you use an account, payment service or betting platform supplied by the operator, direct any account-specific issue to Rakoo through the support channels provided on its platform.
Your responsibilities as a visitor
You must be 18+ and follow the laws that apply where you live. You are responsible for deciding whether a gambling product is lawful and appropriate for you.
- Do not use the portal to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access.
- Do not reproduce substantial editorial material without permission.
- Do not treat portal information as financial, legal or personalised advice.
Editorial material and intellectual property
Original text, arrangement, design and other portal materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may quote short extracts for criticism, review or reporting, provided the source is acknowledged and the extract does not distort its meaning.
Rakoo’s name and the brands, games and services discussed here remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in editorial copy does not grant permission to reuse their logos, trade marks or assets.
Accuracy and external information
We check the information available to us and update it when material details change. Still, gambling offers, payment routes and account conditions can change after publication, so readers should check the operator’s current information before acting.
Nothing on this portal creates an account relationship, guarantee, partnership or agency between Rakoo, FairGame G.P. N.V. and this website.
Third-party destinations
Links to responsible gambling organisations or other external resources are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, security or content.
Any gambling service reached through an external route is separate from this portal. Apply the same caution to third-party information: check addresses, licences, costs and terms before entering personal or payment data.
Limits on responsibility
We take reasonable care in preparing portal content, but we do not promise that every page will always be available or error-free. Decisions made solely from general information remain the reader’s own responsibility.
We are not liable for losses arising from gambling decisions, reliance on incomplete information or changes made by independent services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Data protection and cookies
The portal handles limited editorial and technical information when you browse or contact us. Cookie controls, processing purposes and your rights under UK data protection law are covered by the portal’s cookie and privacy notices.
Information sent directly to Rakoo is handled under the operator’s own processes. Do not send account credentials, identity documents or payment information through portal correspondence.
Minimum age and responsible gambling
This content is intended only for adults aged 18+. Gambling should remain entertainment rather than a source of income or an obligation to recover losses.
Set affordable limits, take regular breaks and avoid chasing losses. Rakoo provides operator-side self-exclusion, while UK readers can also use GamStop for national self-exclusion. For free, confidential support, visit BeGambleAware.org or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
Availability and changes to these terms
We may amend these conditions to reflect editorial, technical or legal changes. The version displayed on the page is the version that applies at the time you read it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised wording.
Service interruptions may occur during maintenance or for technical reasons outside our reasonable control. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the portal, its users or the integrity of its information.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These portal terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes connected with this informational site. This choice of law does not change the jurisdiction or governing rules that apply to your relationship with Rakoo.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply. Any wording that conflicts with mandatory consumer law will be limited only as far as necessary.
